i actually cast an empty ballot. Australian politics just doesnt excite me the candidates dont appeal to me and neither do the constituents who have no freaking idea what they are doing or who they are voting for. They do it just to avoid a $55 fine.

I noticed one thing we have in common with the voting in lebanon, and that is every vote is a sectarian vote. Many lebanese just couldn't work out if Najji Najjar was muslim or christian others were debating if Michael Hawwat was in fact Mohamed Hawwat. people were voting for or against based on religion not political affiliation.


I have always admired your creativity Nano, capitalise on it and be sure to use it next May as we get to vote in the lebanese elections. make sure your registered folks.
